Providence AI ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep this deliberately short and honest.
Information we collect
- —Booking details you provide when you schedule a call (handled by our scheduling provider, Cal.com): your name, email, and anything you write in the booking notes.
- —Email you send us directly.
- —Messages you send to our AI assistant on this site, which are processed to generate a reply and may be retained to improve the service.
- —Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. IP address, device and browser type).
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and conduct calls, answer questions through the assistant, and operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site and our work: our scheduling provider (Cal.com) and the AI providers that power the assistant. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond providing their service.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and request that we correct or delete it, by emailing james@providenceai.app.
